Insulation is a must for a Hennessy

I currently use this mat folded in half and it's been ok so far and does reflect your body heat.
It's a bit bulky as the foil is lined with 3mm foam so may not be suitable where space in the pack is at a premium but it does pack smaller than the traditional foam mat

I have a very warm sleeping bag and don't usually get cold at nights but haven't slept out in snow with this ...... yet.

I'm taking it to use at Cold Kiwi in September .... I hope it doesn't let me down.
