    the coleman ones from H&F work but be aware they will break down and go all soft and leaky if left exposed to the air.
    yip gas is quicker and cleaner but a mug and hexy is easy in daybag and if you leave it behind not a biggie.

    Gas canister, cooker, gas stand (tripodthing) spork, lighter and Jeds coffee bag fit in 800ml tooks cup. Fits in side pocket of a pack, yet to find anything better
