    Anyone have any thoughts on the 10x42 geovid hds? Against the Swarovskis?

    Having used both I do not think there is any huge differences if you are glassing and ranging inside 1000m.
    The swaros will range beyond 1000 better. They also have imo, better ergonomics and to my eye, slightly better glass when looking at animals in the country I have used them. If I was worried about cost, I would go with the HD's.

    That was my advice! forgot to mention i was talking about HD's. I've looked through them a fair bit and the swaros a mate has and I prefer leica. The ranging button for the leica is more convenient too in my opinion. But at that level I think it's just personal preference as which to go for
