Interestingly a simple Coleman log lantern will heat one of those sized tents quite well. We used to run one on top of a 9kg bottle,eg just brass adaptor between them. It sure threw out the heat and hard to knock over on big bottle. Another trick is to throw big warehouse tarp right over tent and peg down with bungies on both sides, the steel frame on walls give it an air gap between tarp n roof other than on ridgeline.also helped dull noise of rain a little. A fire inside tent is next level completely but those two simple things make huge difference.
The Coleman Log Lantern? I've been looking, and at best I've come up with a Tilly/gas style lamp, is this correct or am I on the wrong path. Thanks.
