Hadn't heard of it. But looks pretty solid, with LINZ info built in too.
Watching with interest.
How much did we pay for a 1:50,000 piece of paper that only covered half the area you wanted to go.....

I may give it a go. Have been using iHikeGPS for a few years now. It's great for navigation, never missed a beat and a nice interface. I also have NZ Topo Maps for satellite imagery (never quite clear whether it's downloaded or not) and DOC hunting areas. No so keen keen on the interface.
