Same as my set up PLB and first aid kit on belt and folding knife.
The rest is in a Catcus 35L pack which is sometimes too small.

It is similar in capacity to my dust collecting Markhor. I don't doubt that it is better made than a Markhor too. What I have found with packs is that they are not great to wear bush hunting or carrying a rifle - everything has pluses and minuses but the Pikau / bumbag sewn together combo has a lot of pluses.
This is just a day hunt.
As you know yourself @25/08 IMP a 55 litre pack can be stuffed full going home. If I'm bush hunting I still have a 40 litre. People say "what about the noise pushing through shit". I say that it just slows me down and I'm more careful - that's a bonus.

What lovely easy country Tahr. I didn't know hunting country like that even existed. This is the scrubby easy country here that packs don't work in Attachment 122232
What a croc of shit. :)
You SI mud-flatters don't know you are alive. I can even see that you shot that goat thing on a tourist pathway. :)
Real men carry a pack in real country.

I use a 5 pocket bum belt.....with a sling...but it stays inside my pikau....have shot many deer in tight bush with an old canvas frame pack....you sure slow down to keep quiet.
different strokes folks...different strokes.
Shit...looks like I carry 3 spare knives.....well one is to cut velvet....I mean trees and branches for longer shots
