    K2 Alpine hunter pack

    Hi,
Im looking to replace my pack in the next few days, I am quite keen on the K2 alpine hunter pack or the K2 expedition pack. Does anyone have either of these packs that could share there experiance or thoughts on them.
I have done a lot of searching for information on these but haven't been able to find much info anywhere.
    Thanks

I’ve got the alpine hunter. It’s a big solid simple pack with a great harness, pretty light for its size.

Hi MSL thanks for that, you said it has a great harnass how do you find it on long walks with heavy weights? I ask as I haven't seen one in real life I have only seen them in pics and it looked like there was a lot less padding in the shoulder straps and hip belt than some of the competitors models i have seen in real life. It may have just been the pics that made it look like that or maybe you just don't need as much padding as some put on. Practicality and comfort/performance while carrying a load are my main concerns. Can you adjust the back length adequately.
    Thanks
