What happened to the one you used??

The Kennard is same as the McMurdo, infact they may have rebranded to the Kennard but i could be wrong.

I am sure you had a ACR?? I have heard rumours that they replace at least the battery after been used......like you did.

Kia Ora, yes you can replace the battery on the Kennard Safe Link PLB, which currently cost about $150 ish to have replaced and the unit serviced in New Zealand, however if you have to activate it for actual rescue then some suppliers (including online ones) may replace the battery for you for free

    Kia Ora

They will have to be sent to either the service Centre in Christchurch or Auckland, which we can arrange for you if you get in touch with us through our website and we will help you with a price etc...

9 years later. Maybe cheaper when considering inflation....
