I'll be trialing this gear in the field in a couple weeks, I'll update here when I get back.
Also on the horizon is pack liners, ponchos, tarps and possibly eventually tents if there is enough demand. @Gibo you may poke fun but this is a serious review so please don't ruin it, plus we all know legos in the wrong place can be a big problem.
As I have stated previously the advantages of Dyneema are more than just weight saving, its stronger and waterproof.
You can stick with heavy canvas if you like but I'll take the Dyneema
The same design tent I have that weighs in at just under 1.4kg in silnylon is only 800gms in dyneema I don't think that's anything to be laughed at.
