American company. Made in China. I wouldn't get hung up on the made in China thing these days though they can make shit as good as anywhere just depends what the company doing the ordering want and how they police the quality. The worst stuff is the companies that offer warranties but just throw away any warranty claims and give you a whole new item.. cough couch vortex..
