Thread: Kuiu jacket repairs

Managed to rip my softshell between the shoulder blades (pesky screw sticking out where it shouldnt have been)

Do kuiu have a repairs option in nz? Was planning on dropping off to twin needle next time in christchurch but that wont be for 6months+ (no huge rush as i have a spare softshell)

I doubt it.

Have you emailed them to see if it comes under warranty?

Fix with patch from inside, use hot glue gun. Now you have an even more useful jacket as you're not so worried about ripping it again.

I remember a rep waded into a thread and offered assistance and there was no warranty quoted it was yep email this address and they’ll sort.

I ripped a pair of Kuiu over trousers a few years back. Sent them down to Twin Needle and came back repaired a week later. Minimal cost from memory and a top notch repair which hasn't let me down! That's the road I would recommend if there's no follow up from Kuiu. Good luck!
