Anybody dealt with Kuiu to get there pack repaired?

The webbing that holds in the clip above the shoulder strap popped out. Justvwondering if it's worth the hassle vs sending to twinneedle?

Freight would kill it, just talk to TwinNeedle and send them some photos so they can advise if they can sort to for you.

Go through the Kuiu warranty process, it’s really easy and they will most likely just post you out a replacement then you can get yours repaired at twinneedle and have a spare.

Kuiu warranty is awesome , I brought my two bags and harness in 2016 . Ive replaced the shoulder straps last year due to coming apart , and they sent out the new pro straps . And just broke the hip buckle a couple of weeks ago and they have already sent a replacement. Super easy to use but I did create a login so my orders could be easily traced back .

Wow yes easy as. Submitted warranty claim yesterday evening, wake up to email saying new bags on its way.

Email Kuiu service, thats a warranty issue. That’s will send you a shoulder harness. Unusual though
