    Kuiu warranty is awesome , I brought my two bags and harness in 2016 . Ive replaced the shoulder straps last year due to coming apart , and they sent out the new pro straps . And just broke the hip buckle a couple of weeks ago and they have already sent a replacement. Super easy to use but I did create a login so my orders could be easily traced back .
