Have you had it fitted and are you using the correct size harness?
Have Cactus Hector and it's the best thing I've ever bought, super tough, comfortable and well thought out and its still under 3kg. I chew through all sorts of gear but can't see me ever moving on from the Hector.

Yep. When I brought it I measured twenty times first, great design, ruggedness and simplicity and hoped it would be the last pack I buy. I have a huntaway as well that is brilliant and was the main reason for going for the foray but it's just not working for me.
