    Leatherman service

    Hi Guys

In South Africa we always used to be able to take our Leatherman to one of the dealers and they would service it for free, change damaged blades out etc as part of the free service.
Is there somewhere in NZ where i can have this done and is it also free? I have a few bent and chipped tools.

Their service has always been great to me over the last 15 years or so, even once replaced my Leatherman for free because i broke the pliers trying to open a 200L drum of bitumen.

    Cheers

Can vouch for Russ, just had a warranty replacement for my 20 year old PST. Filled out warranty form on website and sent it back with old leatherman, had new comparable version within 5 days.

Have done loads of them , tight lines service is great, take it in to any dealer, usually $10.00 charge for postage, remember you do not get yours back unless it’s a simple fix, if your model is not available anymore they update you, sharpening is not covered by warranty .

    Go to this website
At the bottom is a link to download the warranty form. Fill out one form for each tool or claim and courier to them in Napier.
They will return it to you within 7 - 10 days usually.
