    lets talk pillows.

so, im 6ft 2, broad shouldered, and side sleep. have trouble going away and have to take my normal pillows from the hosue to accomodate but A the weight is up there, and B they are quite large in size and take up alot of pacling room.

does anyone recommend a good blowup lightweight pillow thats thermal lined, and good for a broader shouldered side sleeper ?

Is there something wrong with a rolled up swanny or jacket?

For those with neck back troubles compressed spinal syndrome etc the old rolled up jacket just doesn’t cut it.
    Interesting thread.
    Any pics of Sarah?
I’d rather have one called Elaine

I'm 6'2" 110kg and I like those blow up pillows but wrapping it up in your jacket makes it much more comfortable

$15 naturehike pillow off aliexpress does fine for me. Side-sleeper, not exactly broad-shouldered though..
Best if not over inflated or it gets a bit firm for comfort. Can always wrap a jersey around it for extra height.

polarfleece crawford...stuff full of spare cloths then tuck one flap in each way to keep it in place...6' 115-120kgs side sleeper and snorer.... works well as I will roll over 6-8-127 times during night, some nights the arms go all pins n needle like ...a os sleeping bag has helped no end.
