    Haven't tried (don't want to breathe in it as that's what promotes fungus to grow and the down doesn't like moisture) but I would say it's doable without the bag...

    @Neckshot Im pretty sure I got mine online through RnR Sport. It was the cheapest way to buy. If you sign up to their membership you also get another $10 vouchers you can use to buy a mat.

    Or you can just not be so soft and use ferns and moss

    Dont do that actually. Just checked and RnR Sport was not the place as they do not sell Exped.

    Keep me posted via webcam. We can do this in real time. I have the day off as it was either drown in the Ruahines or go back to work.

    same but it was either drown my two youngest ones in the ruahines or go to work and leave them at home alone,I chose to go to palmy and do chores

    And so it starts!.Well had every intention of getting an exped and while I was in Bivouac looking at them my mate said have a look here and there was last years 3qtr model sitting there on special so I bought that and saved some coin it was $49 bucks!!!.
    look forward to trying it out now.
    Ether-Elite: 2/3 and it only takes a minute to blow up which if you ask @R93 is more than enough time
