Definitely +1. I have updated my system over the last couple of years and also use an exped downmat UL7 mat. Super comfortable and packs down very small. Just have to be a little mindful of where you sleep as they aren't as tough as heavier weight options. My sleeping bag is a Katabatic Gear Alsek quilt. Rated for 15 degrees F (about - 7C).
