Thread: Lost binoculars

I have left my Vortex 10x42s in their chest harness on the Ridge Track in the Mt Thomas Conservation Area weekend before last. I was gheading up to Bob's Camp Bivouac in the rain and took them off to remove my jacket and forgot to put them on again....

When i came back through the following day they were gone.

I would appreciate if anyone has collected these or know of someone that might have. They were only about 6 months old and i am not looking forward to replacing them.

It was on the early part of the ridge track as it leaves the pine and enters the beech. I hung them on a stump on the left heading up.

Appreciate any help.

Could claim on home and contents depending on your excess?

Sorry for yr loss mate,more chance of winning a lotto ticket than getting them back.Bloody hard winning a honest person these day.
