    @CooeeBay I have email out to the maritime folks who look after the business side of beacon activation at present..no reply yet
    was out on tramp over weekend 7 of the 13 people had beacons
    two questions popped up
    #1 should the likes of landsar members and emergency services folks PLBS be flagged as such..so if the yare set off it WILL be a SHTF situation and respond in hurry with force
    #2 and this one was HOTLY debated...should more than one be set off if its a really bad situation..giving more chance of a definate signal getting out and also giving message this is serious situation needing major help fast.
    be really interesting to see what reply they come back with.

    All beacon responses are afforded the same level of priority.
    One beacon at a time. It’s not just a lat/long position, but also a radio signal to home in on.
