LOWA BOOTS

How wide are the Crispi’s , does anyone know ?
I’m also interested in them but not having anywhere to actually handle them and try them on is a worry because I like a wider boot .

Yeah me too although I have heard that they are not as wide.

Bugger I have wide hoofs. Will try some on when Hamills in Taupo opens back up and go from there

Be carful - this wide carry on is often a sales hype to stop guys buying online/offshore etc
Sold 400 pairs of boots from Bluff the Kaitaia - had 2 with wide prob - 1 a Polynesian the other I think had the spare inners left in on top of standard ones - cause they never came back - actually the Cook Island guy didn't send his back either come to think of it
Get the inner length correct and 99.9% of time the width is correct too
Maybe some models are more narrow up front like some smaller Lowa's - but for women

Boots were biffed last year.

Hi Veitnamcam yea like for like procrastinated on changing read review on other brands and push came to shove needed boots so went for same as happy.
I read reviews as open to new gear but always negatives and pros and cons but i have never had problems like this . i question crossing with boots on
prefer bear feet as fell and smashed tail bone say no more

Model Tibets same as bought 10yrs ago well thought but comfy etc but never had this problem not sure next move as had three trips now and fallen

Ha totally agree Great show but when it comes to gear they limited to who funds them so you only get want for better word sponserd products

What about heal and toe plates nailed on with Horseshoe nails. A spot of hard facing weld on each nail before tapping them into the sole.
