Yes. I already refill the small 100g and 230g cylinders from the larger 450g one but was looking at a car camping cooker that uses the green bottles and wanted to fill it from a 9kg bottle. You will see the first link I put up has a pressure gage fitted.

The five star ones don’t appear reputable if you ask me.

From the cursory look earlier, the negative review was the only one from a western country.
Doesn’t pass the sniff test if you ask me, but it’s only risking $22 so maybe worth a punt.
