    Maxtoch dead

Think either my M24 is faulty or one or both of my cells are dead. Any one else have trouble with theirs? They are Panasonic cells so meant to be the shit. Charge them all night and the charger is still showing red, so that may be it? Any way to resurrect them? I thought they were meant to have over discharge protection. Reliability of the set up has left me less than impressed.

The batteries can take 10-12 hours to charge. The most common problem is the retainer for the tail switch working loose in the tail cap. See if you can tighten that up (a ring with a couple of holes in it).

Does sound like one of your batteries is poked.. Have you got another set you can try?
