You should be able to buy them less the 19% VAT in Germany as a non EU customer.
Just ordered them came to NZ$382 shipped. Fingers crossed they arrive with no hassles.

As long the shippment is under $400NZ "inclusive of freight/shipping charges" you should be OK
That looks a good price considering our NZ$ has dropped its guts a tad last month
What exact brand/model of Lowa ??
There is still 10% Duty on footwear and clothing - but again if the amount below 400NZ they say it is not worth pursuing the GST and Duty - it would cost as much to do all documentation etc as what they would collect
They also state that the “400NZ) is discretionary

I've had 4 pr of Tibets so far, usually around $340 to my door, excellent service, no duty etc cos under $400
Myhuntingshop.com
If you are a "business" like me & have to use brokers etc the minimum charges for NZ $401 or so dollars including freight goes from around $104 to $214 Kiwi by the time you include all the costs including the broker & don't forget to add 1-3 weeks + to the process it all....good times....
So keeping stuff under $400 Kiwi is ideal![]()
