Hunters Element make a model without the zip that I might try because the tension of stretching the bottom of the Gaiter over your boot top is what has caused the weakened stiched area to seperate .
I was wondering what other brands of Neoprene Gaiters are out there and what you guys might recommend.

Ken iwas just thinking -are there any recycling centres close to you .if so stroll on in see if theres any old wetsuits on the shelves.
if so and theyre obviously mens size -get one and cut the legs off like a gigantic rubber band -bingo an set of DIY gators which can handle the shite and cost bugger all.
If youre really canny you may be asble to make two pair. that neoprene also makes great scope covers.
ive got a set on them but i found it was too much shasgging about trying to put em on.Ive gone to knee length military style.easier all round.
