    I have the same boots. Normally a 44.5-45. Couldn't get my foot in the 45 so got the 46. Come with 2 inner soles. 1 for a full size and the other meant to bump it back towards the 45.5 maybe 45 & 2/3. So i just have to wear a slightly thicker sock.
    Great boot other than not quite as water proof in the tongue. Gaiters that come down towards the toe would help. Haven't worn my Lowas since.
