It cost me $80 and as you'll see it's even cheaper than that on special now. It's pretty spacious (two is alright) but light enough for solo trips (1.48kg). To be honest I'm a bit wary about it's quality, haven't had it for long so I guess we'll find out, but I got it because it seemed like a hell of a lot more bang for your buck than a glorified tarp and as it seems, lighter.
Have you had that bad boy out in some heavy rain mate?

Not yet. First time a had it out in light rain some of it made it's way inside because I didnt peg the fly out tight enough so it dripped onto the ground sheet and ran inside. As long as you make sure you do that it should be sweet I reckon.

The small one will surprise you at how long it is and they come with string - the string is ok but I prefer paracord - if you search TardMe for "paracord" there are lots of people selling 30m/100ft lengths. The reflective stuff is good.
My mate's fly had that reflective cord that shows up in torchlight so ya don't trip over it at night and if I did it again I'd get that stuff.
I weigh down the edges with stones or branches and provided you're careful it doesn't rip.
I used about 3/4 of the paracord for the fly and the rest for a lifting rig for carcasses.
IMO they shed rain fine, I just make mine taut so that the wind flapping sound doesn't keep me awake at night.
