Im not much of a tent guy myself. I have a tarp for the ground so all goods there. Its getting warm now so it maybe time for the hennesy.

Hey toby those north rige big flys are huge.Me and a mate used one a few months back and it could have fit another 3 or 4 hunters aswell.Real good for more open bush as you can sling it up over a lot greater distance than a normal fly.Dosnt come with rope however from memory but we had taken cord with us.

Whatever blows your hair back toby.bale string will do fine providing you can get nice long lenths of it.para cord /and hoochie cord are just what most use.

What knots do you use to tie up your hoochies? I like using the handcuff knot to double figure 8 on the bite ;)

It cost me $80 and as you'll see it's even cheaper than that on special now. It's pretty spacious (two is alright) but light enough for solo trips (1.48kg). Not yet. First time a had it out in light rain some of it made it's way inside because I didnt peg the fly out tight enough so it dripped onto the ground sheet and ran inside. As long as you make sure you do that it should be sweet I reckon.
