Looks good @ebf . The problem I find with rivets is they can mark/scratch the handle. The problem with stitching is the handle can rub through it and eventually break the thread. I guess it comes down to how nice the knife is and how hard the sheath will be used.

Exactly why I like the wrap-around sleeve for belt loops and using the Chicago screws gives ability to change loops out
On the last creation I did all the stitching for loop first then covered it with the suade lining.
