    The sharpeners with the opposing blades in a V shape are very hard on blades. They are mostly shaped for 30 degree plus edges.

    If you use a stone and sharpen to a fine edge at home, it would destroy it.

    In my opinion to rough for a good knife.
    I like the second option and third in the next posts more.
