    Totally recommend the Powertech Portable Power Centre...about $200. Weighs 1.5 kg. Charge it at home on 240v. before your trip. It has a powerful integral light, and USB ports. I've fully charged my phone 8+ times on the one charge. A solar panel (about 800x350) is available as an extra.
