Thread: Problems with warranty relating to Lowa boots?

Just got an email from them saying that even though the initial assessment has been made the final outcome is still to be decided on.

I emailed them directly expressing my disappointment with their initial assessment.

It seems like some back paddling, they told the store to ask me what I want done with the boots before I emailed them. I m skeptical. Will post up the result when they reply
