Thread: Problems with warranty relating to Lowa boots?

So this saga is finally coming to an end. Beattie Matheson is replacing the boots. Which they should be under warranty.
I think this warranty experience could have been better, especially when you can get the same boots landed for 250nzd from eBay.
I guess this thread can just be a FYI to anyone who experiences this in the future. Just stand your ground when you believe you have a legitimate claim.
