Uniden UH074 or UH076, they're not cheap, but they work very well and are indestructible. We have heaps of them here and use on the farm, found one stomped into the mud in a paddock that had been missing for over a year, gave it a clean and chucked it on charge and away it went again. They retail around $240ish each, we bought ours in bulk straight from Uniden NZ for about $160 a pop from memory
