Good feedback all. I own a H14 torch, sits on scope and it's ok. It works.
These M24's sound better. Better is best.
I'll have to ask gadgetman nicely to dedome it when I can finally afford one...

My single battery light is an older maxtoch. I use it on the 22 as I'd be shooting closer range with it. I use the 2 battery M24 on my HMR.
If you try running the single battery version of the M24 its too powerful - battery life is poor.

this is the same light now, ignore the spurious lumens rating. But its fine for 100m night shooting, battery lasts for ages.

Wasnt there some issues around getting the batteries in as some wouldn't freight them or am I thinking of something else?

Got mine no problem a few weeks back. Works really really well compared to the halogen spottie, leaves the trees a sort of monochrome, while the possum/rabbits eyes stand out same as the halogen. Was spotting heaps more than the other two guys last night, especially further away. Still don't know how long the battery lasts as it's still going.

They seem to have resolved the freighting issues. Just as well or all cell phones, laptops, cordless power tools, etc and their batteries would have to travel surface freight. I have no trouble getting them in.

I think Amanda from Maxtoch told me any purchases through aliexpress now automatically come fast airmail with china post. This seems to be happening as I'm getting stuff in 8-14 days now instead of 3-8 weeks. In terms of batts I'd still be trying FastTech - pretty reliable outfit.

I've given up looking. There just doesn't seem to be any comparable non white LED's available.

maybe 40m. Enough for bunnies with subs at night.
    They sit on. Don't run.

You can get a thrower lens too
