    Know anyone that has an old white water kayak.... An old spraydeck with the waist sewn shut and your all sorted. Potentially a heck of a lot cheaper, bit more bashproof and you have a toy for the kids when you go away (tow rope behind the truck isn't allowed anymore right.....)
