Built in sling for what? The rifle? There are a number of scabbard type packs available.
@BRADS has a mean little bag
I've had the elberstock was ok but the model I had was a bit heavy and clumsy to get your gun out in a hurry.
I now use one of these:)

Rated 35l I find it enough room for overnighters and still get all the meat off a deer out but it is a squeeze for sure, I deliberately went 35l so I wouldn't fill it full of unessacary shit.
The elberstock packs are relatively heavy and have a lot of superfluous straps/hoops and shit all over them you don't need and will never use but they are bullet proof strong and most importantly comfortable with a heavy load on board (the way out hopefully ;) )
I have no experience with the vorn but they look to be a good pack.
I got twinneedle to sew a sleeve on the side of my canvas pack, works great. I think for tahr hunting or any real rough alpine areas you can't beat a good canvas pack with a frame and good harness. I've never liked the hunting brand packs really.
With any of these scabbard systems a fall could be worse than just dropping the rifle though because your whole body weight can come down on it. Something to thing about when you're going down slippery creeks etc.

Or just keep your current pack and attach a Gunbearer or similar system.
