    Easy to make: River sand (let it dry first) in double A4 courier bags taped up (tape the seams well). Leave the bags pretty loose, need to be able to shape the bag if you pack it too tight it'll just be a solid brick. Put the bags in a pillowcase, seal the top with a zip tie.
