Thread: Scary Sharp system

Thanks Shelly, good to get feed back on the various systems you have tried.
I have started using my little 1 x 30 belt grinder and with a bit of practice have started getting pretty good results and it's quick.
I will head down this path and between the grinder and some refinement with waterstones and ceramic rods I should get a nice edge.

Thanks for the offer of trying the scary sharp but I am in central otago so might have to pass on that one.
