    Seam tape repair

I recently picked up a second hand Stoney Creek pioneer jacket, and the seams either side of the zip have come away. Has anyone done a diy repair? What tape did you use, and where did you get it from? I know twineedle would do the repair, but would rather do it myself if possible.
    Cheers

Got told to just use a hot iron on the tape that's peeling off.... Of course this helpful gem was the day after I cut it all out and decided to make it a non waterproof layer

Gear Aid Tenacious Tape, or the Gore-Tex version, have used for boot lining repair in the heels still holding up well and I say the lining will fail elsewhere before the tape does.
