Thread: Second and third attempt at a knife grind

    Nice job on the Salami cutter. I have a Chinese mini cleaver with a very very thin blade and a hollow grind - slice a roast, prep vege, split a pumpkin, cut and serve a slice of cake.
    I have some good quality knives but the little cleaver is the most versatile by far

    I have some good quality knives but the little cleaver is the most versatile by far
    Will do for pizza too, at a pinch.
