Thread: Show me your knives

Have you ever had that "sinking feeling" at the end of a big walk in that you might have "forgotten something"? Had that on my roar trip. After setting up the tipi, realised I'd left my Kill Bag behind, the contents of which included cord, meat bag, rubbish bag, and critically my sole knife. The thinking behind having a quality knife doesn't help when you leave it behind. Hence, my new rule. Always carry two knives. My back up just arrived, a Honey Badger Flipper - the one in orange (I blame @ryansonghurst) in medium, clip off weighs 81grams. Nice knife. Really good quality for the price $89 at Blademaster. Stored separate in the utility bag. The Nitze 4cm knife had been calling to me each time I went to Mitre 10. This sits in the tea/coffee/food bag for opening home made vacuum sealed meals and camp stuff. And because it "called to me"....
