Definitely be carefull what you may be giving out when posting pictures. I innocently posted on another forum a picture of one of my rifles (mesage to thieves, I no longer own any firearms, I have nuffing) with the time/date function and gps turned on. When I later opened the picture I had posted and examined the EXIF data imbedded in it as well as camera settings my address details were very visible. In fact one of my android image viewers brings up Google maps showing the address. One further click and you have street view which allows you to case the joint from the road frontage. I freaked out and have gone back through my photos and removed that data with an EXIf editor.
I allways turn that geotag location crap off with every phone I get (normally it's in the settings of the camera app). Nothing like posting a pic of that big stag you shot and then realising that you just told the world what your secret spot is.
