Sitka Gear

Just wanting any feedback from users, how good is it?

I have trousers (timberline), long sleeve T plus the vest.
Its awesome as.. Yes worth the money

For the cash it is a close call IMO. Man some of the gear is pricey. All said and done though I have a few bits with the Mountain pants, a top and cap. The pants are great but I'd like to see how we'll they last. So far so good. The knee pads are a lot less gimmicky than I thought. I also have a bino biv that is cool but needs to be bigger for Geovids/Swaro RFB.
The local agent is really good and the prices are no better or worse than buying direct from the US. Also, as I have done, if you don't like it the is no worries returning stuff. I did not like their rain jacket at all.

Yep Safari Supply. Coat was way too short but designed that way to be part of a system that included pants.

I did not get the flash Harry jacket. It was a light weight rain jacket. Macpac was cheaper, lighter and better fitting.
$900 is a whole lotta clam chowder for a coat

Got some Sitka gear. its pricey but its pretty good. Shits over any stoney creek, ridgeline. hunters element crap

I have the 90% jacket, I would buy another in Solid colour for "round town" .

Its the only hunting jacket I have ever had that is cut properly. ie the sleeves don't go up your arms when you bend over to pick something up or shoulder a gun.

I would love a set of the Stormfront jacket and Pants but at 1800 for both it would have to make my coffee and deliver still hot to me, along with keeping me dry.

Just Buy it. Safari Supply have great service

Check out Kuiu. One of the founders of sitka didn't like where sitka was heading material wise so went his own way and made Kuiu. Pretty impressize looking gear too.

Gear arrived today, Real good service from safari supply have to recommend:)

Be real interested in how you find the Stormfront Jacket. looking for a good rain jacket but for the price they are asking it would have to repel bad weather perfectly
