Check on the zip head to see if its a genuine YKK zip, theYKK symbol and size will be on the back of the zip head. If it is, you can buy a new zip head and replace it, then use a dob of hot melt glue to act as a stopper so it doesnt come off the end where you fitted it back on. And make sure you get the right YKK replacement, theres a number of different heads for the same type of zip.

If it aint got YKK on the back of it, good luck! Easiest way is to get a new zip fitted.
