These guys seem to have the F1s and a whole heap of options for flexible panels for them also if you search around on their site

If anyone does go with one of these please put up a post on the F1 and charger systems and the service from this business in CHCH ?
Its sort of what I think I would go with as looking at getting a headlight that uses 18650 batteries.
