It's pretty easy to spend $3-400 ($550 in the case of the Stoney Creek Nitz) on hunting brand crap that will last a fraction of the time and perform poorly though. I'm not a rich man by any means (and my cactus jacket was actually given to me) but I've long since given up spending hard earned dollars on all the hunting brand complete crap that is on the market. A general rule of thumb is if it's pushed by HnF then it's crap.
