Suggestions on small pack for 1/2 day hunts

Looking at the cactus zero backpack
Have used stoney creek bum bag in past but worn it out
    Hydration bladder be good
Be able to hold, jet boil, small amount of tucker, small puff jacket, misc stuff headlight batteries etc
    Any suggestions,
Got to be minimal in size
Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

I think you missed the part where it says minimal in size,
West coast bush is thick and pissed up stags taste like shit

Fair call, I hate small packs and have never found one that carrys comfortably, I also dont bush stalk.
I find the smaller packs as soon as there's any decent weight in the feel like they cut into your shoulders and being a giant they also put the weight right in the midfle of my back which is also incredibly uncomfortable.
My bad I did miss the minimal part

I have the cactus huntaway, its frickin bomber but still might be a bit big at 45L. The other thing i would say is that being canvas its a bit scratchy in the bush.

What about this one from huntech 25L and nice and quiet.....

I use a tatonka stealth hunter - I have the 35+10 so it can be a light overnight / weekend pack however if you want a smaller more compact option you could go down to the 20L / 30L

I rate it - durable, comfortable - carries a load well - stealth fabric is certainly an advantage bush hunting

Ive had a less than stellar run with the huntech packs, good design for the bush, but poorly constructed and cheapo materials/buckles etc used
