    I went through a few trousers from stoney creek and got sick of their thread & QC which in my eyes let them down.

    I then bought a pair of Sitka Ascent pants, a bit pricey but you pay for quality.

    Lightweight, perfect for hot summer days as you can roll them up if need be, fantastically designed, the fabric also stretches on movement.

    Another pant I use is the Kuiu Attack which I use for cooler months and swear by them for comfort, warmth, toughness and if it gets even colder then I just put on a thermal underneath
