I find a bit of the recoil is psychological with the louder sound of an unmoderated rifle so maybe there is a placebo effect at play?

Agree with Cam that brakes are best if you just want to tame recoil

Thanks for the feedback, the 6.5CM already have only moderate recoil, but I am thinking if I can reduce it even more it would help to keep sight on target after the round is sent down range. I’ll be happy with 20-25% less recoil as well as less noise.
